Carrefour has appointed François-Melchior de Polignac as the new Executiv Director of Carrefour Romania, replacing Patrice Lespagnol, starting from next month. Lespagnol, who has led Carrefour Romania since April 2008, will take over the management of the Greek subsidiary.
De Polignac started his career with the L’Oreal group in Italy. He joined Carrefour in 2000 after having spent three years with Boston Consulting Group in Paris. He has already worked in Poland and France with Carrefour.
