Cora Romania revealed the Corall project, the largest shopping center currently being built in Constanţa and Cora’s largest operation in Romania. The work on this project began in December last year and will be completed in the second half of 2012. Corall is a shopping center worth 100 million euros, with 150.000 square meters built on four levels: basement, ground floor and two levels.
The main anchor of Corall will be Cora Hypermarket, which will have a 8.000 square meters sales area. Also, Corall will host more than 25 000 square meters of commercial galleries, 3.000 square meters of movie theaters, 3.600 square meters food court and three parking lots with 1.500 spaces. The parking lots will be set up at the basement level, the second intermediate floor and on the shopping center terrace. Corall will create 1200 new jobs at Constanţa.
Corall Shopping Center will be located in downtown Constanţa, at the junction between Brătianu and Cumpenei streets. Corall’s front and logo were created by the French architects Pierre Schall and Sophie Bouriez – designers for the French company Zelphis. Corall gallery will be marketed by CB Richard Ellis.
