Carrefour opened its first store in the city Moineşti and bringing the total number of stores in Romania, in Market banner, at 70 stores. In Romania, Carrefour Group counts 134 stores including 24 hypermarkets „Carrefour”, 70 supermarkets „Market”, 39 convenience stores „Express” and an e-commerce website: www.carrefour-online.ro.
Mega Image has opened store number 253: Mega Image Piata Sudului, the second concept store in the network after Piata Gemeni, for food shopping.
BILLA Romania opens 2 stores, in Rasnov and Cernavoda, bringing the national network to 75 units.
