Our Chief Editor, Claudiu Ciobanu, responded to the invitation of ukrainean publication All Retail to sustain an interview for their readers, about the differences between the two food retail markets: romanian and ukrainean.

Delhaize Group which operates retail network Mega Image, in Romania, would be interested to acquire the Angst store chain consists of 22 stores, after Carrefour renounced, a few months ago, to cooperate in francise sistem with Angst.

After a week, first PROFI’s first large-sized modular store has opened in Baraolt, Covasna county, in a standard format. It is the second modular store in Romania, after the one opened in june, in Sighisoara.

New stock of retail space to be delivered during 2014 – 2016 exceeds 350,000 square meters, of which 194,000 square meters will be delivered only in 2015, according to the latest study of the local commercial.
