Immochan, the Auchan Group’s real estate division, started in Brasov the construction site of CORESI Shopping Center which will includes the largest hypermarket Auchan in Transylvania. Two more remodeled stores under Auchan brand opened in Oradea and Bucharest-Vitan, after acquisition of 20 real hypermarkets from Metro Group.
Cora Romania seeks partner to develop the project Cora Brasov. The Franco-Belgian group Louis Delhaize, which owns cora hypermarkets, recently appointed Charles Jerphanion as director of real estate, who will be in charge also of cora Brasov Project.
The first PROFI store in Alexandria opened its gates and the network has grown to cover 100 localities. Also a second PROFI store has been inaugurated in Sf.Gheorghe, taking the total number of PROFI stores to 191.
